Fun Q&A and then some.

Hello my people!

So I was scrolling through IG earlier and I stumbled on a very interesting blog, @Thesundaychapter she had this fun question and answer templates on her page and I thought to bring the party here wink

So basically it’s a series of fun questions about a few of your favorite things and I went ahead and answered them in the pictures instead of having to type them all out. Enjoy:

Basic facts

What’s in my bag?

Makeup and things..

About food!..

Other favs.

This or that?

So I decided to add a few of my current favorite things, because life is for living and the little things that give us joy are worth appreciating right?

My favorite books for this week:

You guys know that I am a sucker for romance novels and Nicholas Sparks writes books that just soothe the soul and renews hope in love and loving. Nora Roberts is also an author that is near to my heart, if you read her books long enough the characters will come to alive to you and it’s almost like you know them. Yet another reason why reading is an escape for me.

My Quote for the week:

I love Maya Angelou, almost all her quotes make sense to me on a deeper level, she was such a brilliant mind and an outstanding writer. I intend to live this quote this week, to show compassion, to be passionate about life and living, to smell the flowers and look on the bright side of things.

Selfie of the week.

Technically, this picture was taken two Sundays ago but the important thing is that it made it here right?

Scripture of the week.

Love is a beautiful thing, it’s hopeful and sincere, very quick to forgive and doesn’t keep record of wrongdoing. I’ll be the first to admit that sometimes when I get really mad, I make rash decisions to keep to myself and to cut off the person or people that hurt me from my life, but then the anger simmers down and grace steps in and I am lovingly reminded by God to forgive as I have been forgiven.

A new thing I want to try this week:

I plan to try a home made exfoliant for my face and my lips using sugar and coconut oil. I’ll keep you updated, share the recipe and the results whether positive or negative.

There you have it my people! I hope this made you smile?..

  2. Loved it! It was absolutely worth the number of times I had to reload the page for the images to show. I’d love to try it out, maybe you’ll show me how. Your food section made me hungry! And your picture is so cute. Lastly, that quote by Maya Angelou is worth living by. Missed your blog sis!
