Everyone is a little broken inside, it is hard not to be. The world is a hard place to live in as it is and so many things are just so hard. Someone once said: ” Be kind to everyone you meet, you never know the battles they are fighting within.”
Just because you are broken, doesn’t automatically make you a mean person. Don’t take your frustration out on your friends, spouse, kids and other people around you. Every one is going through their personal battles, keep your outrage on a minimum.
Just because you are broken, doesn’t give you a license to go on a drinking or an eating binge. Alcohol and comfort food are not the answers, you will end up with a beer pouch, and enlarged waistline and your troubles will still remain where they are.
Suicide is never the answer to being broken inside, if you hang on a little longer you’ll see that the sun will come up after the storm, and that as impossible as it seems, everything will be just fine.
I know its a cliche, I know you have heard it so many times, but everything will be alright. It might not feel like it or look like it, but eventually things will ease up and all your struggles and travails will become history. Like the Bible says, weeping may endure for the night, but joy comes in the morning. It might delay but it will come.
Just because you are broken doesn’t mean its the end of the world, chin up and device ways to fill up the brokenness with light and all things positive, there’s life, so there’s hope!
